First Western Mortgage Corporation, parent company of Colonial Savings F.A. (“Colonial”), has entered into an agreement whereby Colonial will be acquired by Gateway First Bank (“Gateway”). The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
