Enevoldsen Management Company and its banking subsidiary The Potter State Bank of Potter completed its merger with Platte Valley Financial Services Companies, Inc., the holding company of Platte Valley Bank.

With the merger complete, Platte Valley Bank has assumed all deposits, loans, and branch operations. The Potter State Bank locations will change their name to Platte Valley Bank in the summer 2026.
