BBS Corp., the parent company of First State Bank, and Amador Bancshares, Inc., the parent company of Citizens Bank of Las Cruces, jointly announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which Amador Bancshares, Inc. will acquire BBS Corp.
