Merchants & Farmers Bank of Greene County (“Merchants & Farmers”) and First Community Bank of Central Alabama (“FCB”) have entered into an agreement whereby FCB will acquire the Prattville, AL, branch of Merchants & Farmers.
Olsen Palmer LLC served as financial advisor to Merchants & Farmers Bancshares, Inc.
Under the terms of the agreement, FCB will acquire the physical location and the deposit and loan accounts associated with the branch.
