Foundation First Corporation, the holding company of Foundation One Bank, has agreed to be acquired by First Gothenburg Bancshares Inc., the parent company of Dayspring Bank.
Olsen Palmer LLC served as financial advisor to Foundation First Corporation.
The transaction is expected to close in 2026 and is subject to regulatory and shareholder approval.
The deal expands Dayspring's services throughout the Omaha, Nebraska, metro market.
